For women who sense there's more of themselves to explore - the journey inward is one of becoming, exploring and creating.

You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a life to be explored. And somewhere beneath the roles you've played, the needs you've met, and the self you've set aside - there is a woman waiting to be explored.

Tap and Write was created for exactly this journey. It's where your body and your words work together to uncover what's been quietly waiting — releasing what no longer serves you and discovering what's ready to emerge.

Tap and Write — Single Session

Sometimes one conversation can change everything.

Before we even meet, I'm already thinking about you. Once you share what's in your heart or what you’re challenged by, I craft a personalized tapping script and reflective writing prompts designed specifically for your experience — not a generic template, but something created just for you.

In 90 minutes together you'll:

  • Move through what's been keeping you stuck

  • Uncover new awareness and perspective

  • Reconnect with the parts of yourself you've been pushing away

  • Leave with at least one clear step forward

Women have called it magical. Transformational. I call it what happens when your body and your words finally work together.

Tap and Write Circles

There is something quietly powerful about exploring yourself in the company of other women who are on the same journey.

Tap and Write Circles bring together a small group of up to six women for a shared 90 minute experience of tapping, writing and reflection. Like the single session, each Circle is thoughtfully curated — with tapping scripts and reflective writing prompts designed around a central theme.

Past themes have included:

  • Tapping into your WISER woman

  • Self-compassion

  • Stress and what it's asking of you

  • Bringing your own issue into the process

Each Circle includes an educational element — gently learning to shift an old belief, move in a new direction, and understand yourself more deeply.

Women have described these Circles as magical, transformational and deeply connecting - both to themselves and to each other.
